Course: CE 347: Introduction to Environmental Engineering – AI/ML module

Level: Undergraduate core course

Role Main duties
Module designer and co-instructor Designed and delivered a course module on AI and machine learning applications in environmental engineering; developed problem-based learning activities and curated datasets; guided students in interpreting model outputs and reflecting on ethical implications; developed and graded associated assignments to assess conceptual and applied understanding.
Module instructor – Risk assessment Taught a short module introducing environmental risk assessment concepts; developed example problems and in-class delivery focused on exposure, dose–response, and uncertainty; led discussions on regulatory context and communication of risk.

Spring 2025

Course: ENVE/CE 347L: Introduction to Environmental Engineering Lab
Department: West Virginia University, Civil & Environmental Engineering
Level: Undergraduate lab

Role Main duties
Graduate Teaching Assistant (Lab Instructor) Prepared and delivered weekly lab sessions linking field sampling and analytical methods to core course concepts; supervised students during experiments and data analysis; designed and graded lab reports and in-class assignments; held office hours for technical and project support; coordinated and facilitated three local site visits to connect lab content with real-world practice.
